Shipping & Payment Policies
Canada and United States Orders
You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply to your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
To save you money, we use ground shipping for shipping directly to your front door, this means that tracking information is not always available. Delivery for in stock items usually take 5-10 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns/exchanges at this time. Exceptions will be made for damaged product.
If a product is damaged or broken on arrival, please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the damages. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
Please contact us within 24 hours to make changes to your order. Changes after 24 hours cannot be honored.
We accept Visa and Mastercard at this time. Sales tax is charged to all Canadian customers based on the province to which you wish to have your order shipped.
