Triflex Fluid Power Inc. and its affiliates (collectively referred to as “Triflex”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Triflex Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure by Triflex of information about identifiable individuals and/or business (“Personal Information”) collected through the Triflex Website (the “Site”).

1. Collection of your Personal Information
Triflex may collect Personal Information, such as your name, email address, contact name, company name and address and any customer information for which you have obtained consent to provide. If you choose to purchase any of our products, we may collect additional Personal Information. Personal Information is collected when users of the Site voluntarily supply it.

Triflex may collect information about your visit to our Site, including the pages you view and the links you click. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every web site you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring web site addresses.

2. Use of your Personal Information
Triflex uses your Personal Information to assist in delivering customized services and products that meet your needs. These services may include the display of customized content and marketing based upon the information Triflex has collected.
Triflex may also use your Personal Information to generate statistics and reports for internal use, to evaluate the performance of our system, and to determine the usage frequency of the Site.

Triflex does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties.

Other than as set forth above, Triflex does not use or disclose Personal Information without your consent. Any use or disclosure of your Personal Information within Triflex will remain subject to the limitations of this Privacy Policy. Triflex will give you notice and obtain your consent before using or disclosing your Personal Information for any purpose that is not described in this Policy.

Triflex may also disclose your Personal Information to its successor or any assignee, as necessary, without notice to you.

4. Control of your Personal Information
In certain instances, Triflex offers its customers an opportunity to limit the collection, use and sharing of their Personal Information. For example, if you do not wish to receive any product material from Triflex, please let us know.

5. Security of your Personal Information
Triflex is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of security and information technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the Personal Information you provide on computer systems with limited access which are located in controlled facilities.

6. Use of Cookies
Triflex may use “cookies” to facilitate your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to ensure that you are authorized to use SAHARA.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. Please note that if you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to use SAHARA and some of the content on our Site.

7. Use of Web Beacons
Some pages on the Site may contain electronic images known as Web beacons – sometimes called single-pixel gifs – that allow Triflex to count users who have visited those pages.

Triflex may also place Web beacons from third parties on our site in order to compile aggregated statistics and to help determine the effectiveness of our promotional or advertising campaigns. Triflex prohibits third parties, by contractual means, from using Web beacons on our Site to access your Personal Information.

8. Changes to this Policy
Triflex encourages you to periodically review this Policy. Triflex will occasionally update or change this Privacy Policy. When Triflex makes changes to this Policy, you will see the word “updated” next to the Privacy Policy link on the introductory page of the Site for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of the update. The date that this Policy was last updated will appear at the top of the Privacy Policy.

9. Enforcement of this Privacy Policy
