Shipping Time
Shipping time will vary depending on location and courier. Typical transit time is 3-7 business days.
Freight Damage: What do I do if my outboard is damaged in transit?
It is the purchaser/customer responsibility to note on the courier/transport company waybill/BOL any damage before signing the delivery receipt. Customer shall not refuse delivery of the shipment based on damage.
Freight and shipping damage should be reported to Trilex Fluid Power within two (2) calendar days of receipt of goods. In the event of shipping or freight damage, customer shall keep and safeguard all factory packaging, including, but not limited to all external packaging and all internal packaging. In the event a product was damaged during shipment and proper and timely notification was given to Trilex Fluid Power, Trilex Fluid Power will file a damage claim with the carrier. Damage or loss of goods that are outside the control of Trilex Fluid Power is not to be considered basis for waiver of the cancellation and refused shipments provision contained herein.
Payment Methods: What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Company Cheque, E-Transfer, EFT Payments, ACH Payments and Wire Payments. All cheques are subject to a clearing period of 5 business days prior to order shipping.
Can I get a Quote for products I'm interested In?
At checkout, you can choose to request a quote for the items in your cart. Once we receive your request, we’ll review the products you’re interested in and determine if we can offer improved pricing. If your quote is approved, we’ll send you an email, and you can then log into your account to review the details and complete payment.
