Shipping & Payment Policies

Canada and United States Orders

You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes that may apply to your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Shipping times

Delivery for in stock items usually take anywhere from 3-7 business days.  Courier and Transport tracking information will be provided if available. Tracking information is shown on customer invoices if available.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges, but an RGA must be issued prior to goods being returned and product must have been purchased in the last 60 days.

Damaged items

If a product is damaged or broken on arrival, please contact us within 2 business days with a photo of the damages.  We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

Order changes

Please contact us within 24 hours to make changes to your order. Changes after 24 hours cannot be honored.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Company Cheques, E-Transfers, EFT, ACH and Wire Payments. Customers that have an open account will have terms of NET 30 Days.  Sales tax is charged to all Canadian customers based on the province to which your order is shipped.
